Greetings from Maui!

Yesterday we flew from the island of Kauai to the island of Maui. We are on the West side of the island on a narrow ocean passage between this island and the smaller islands of Lanai and Molakai. This passage is a favorite spot for the whales, as the water is warmer and more shallow. So from early this morning, we have been seeing lots of them from our 11th floor balcony. Many nursing moms can be seen floating with their newborn calves just on the surface of the water. Others seem to be just having fun as they slap their tails or jump fully out of the water. As we are in our last two days of true vacation (the remaining two days will be in ministry with the church in Honolulu), Apostle Bob calls this our "grand finale" of whales.

The Lord spoke to me this morning, saying that as we allow Him to move us into a more narrow place, we will be surprised and over-whelmed by the things we see and experience. In the days ahead, we will see His great works among (and through) us multiply in numbers and intensity. What joy and fulfillment is to be ours! He is so good and is working out His good plan in our lives.

Though it will be hard to leave the sights of this beautiful turquoise sea and the massive sea creatures, I so look forward to being back with everyone at Harvest. I know that I will see more beautiful and awe-inspiring sights there!  Love, Apostle Linda
